Based in the UAE since 2003, Dr Louise is a registered psychologist and Head of Happiness Programming & Policy Design at HappinessMatters.org. She is a workplace wellbeing strategist dedicated to transforming corporate culture through evidence, not guesswork.
Recognizing that managers influence 70% of employee engagement, Dr Louise specializes in equipping leadership with practical relational skills to build trust and psychological safety, moving beyond superficial perks to make wellbeing a measurable business advantage. Through her consulting, she designs and assesses custom programs such as her "Thrive365" leadership training that tie wellbeing directly to performance, retention, and reputation metrics.
With a distinguished academic background that includes authoring regional textbooks and publishing over 50 peer-reviewed studies featured in the World Happiness Reports, Dr Louise has consulted for major organizations such as Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, PIF, Cigna Middle East, and the Embassy of Canada.
Aziz Mulay-Shah - Global Communications Agency
Aziz brings a rare mix of policy leadership and lived entrepreneurial experience to the conversation. After more than 20 years in diplomacy, government, and professional services including senior roles at PwC and four years as Canada’s Deputy Ambassador to the UAE, Aziz made the deliberate shift to building a business from the ground up.
Today, he is Managing Director of a public affairs and strategic communications firm, working in environments where resilience, perspective, and relationships are essential. Having spent his career relying on trust, networks, and influence, Aziz is a strong proponent of social capital and has seen firsthand how asking for help, building alliances, and maintaining relationships determines outcomes in both diplomacy and entrepreneurship.

Nora Drenska Heim is an ICF-certified leadership coach and well-being consultant who uniquely blends over a decade of high-stakes corporate banking experience with advanced expertise in Applied Positive Psychology. Drawing on her background in Geneva’s private banking sector and her MBA, Nora offers a practical, results-oriented approach that bridges the gap between business acumen and human performance. She partners with C-suite executives, senior leaders, and high-potential talent across diverse sectors—including FinTech, Artificial Intelligence, and Government—to help them navigate ambiguity, elevate performance, and lead high-impact change in complex, fast-paced environments.

Gemma McFall is a dynamic keynote speaker and facilitator who bridges the gap between cutting-edge neuroscience and practical workplace application.
